Since its inception, the Institute has organized various Management events. The Antaraagini is the most important annual event organized by IBMT. The earlier version of Antaraagini was held last year in October in which prestigious management colleges from Southern India participated with much fanfare and zeal. The event witnessed healthy and fierce competition among all competing colleges. It was a grand success in terms of number of colleges participating and sponsorships.

"It is not how much we do, but how much love we put in the doing. It is not how much we give, but how much love we put in the 'giving'."

Such is the magnitude of sincerity and authenticity of ANTARAAGINI. Being able to flaunt the numerous talent nationwide it also takes pride in its association with renowned NGOs and medical institutions which have joined the hands for various noble cause. We connect intellectual energy with pressing social concerns. ANTARAAGINI believes in giving to our utmost capacity so that many a lives are benefited. With the help of our young and zealous community a blood donation camp will be organized for the benefit of needy.

It's a small step and initiative from our side to serve mankind so that others derive inspiration from it. Little things are indeed little, but to be faithful in little things is a great thing.

Antaraagini is partnering with several media organizations which will help the sponsors to have nationwide publicity. Rather than keeping a vision of commercial height it is like the wings of a bird that will let you fly high in the sky of business world.
